Ask us first!

With over 25 years of involvement in business communications there's little that we haven't seen. The links on the left will give you an idea of what's on offer but if you don't see exactly what you want please call us on 0800 018 0525. Advice is free and if you do come up with something we can't handle in house then we will normally be able to point you in the right direction.

Unusual solutions

A customer is based in London but has extensions of his phone system in Paris, allowing him to operate his business from his Paris apartment as though he were in his London office.

Another customer has three offices on different sites. One central operator and one central voicemail handles all three sites. Calls automatically overflow to operators on the other sites at busy times. All operators can operate on all lines and extensions.

We've recently been working on telephone and voicemail systems for large round the world motor and sailing yachts, using a combination of landlines, cellular and satellite links.

A customer operates his Car Park barrier using his mobile phone. It doesn't cost him anything and it saves him winding down the window in the pouring rain.

The Spanish contingent of the United Nations' peacekeeping force in former Yugoslavia used equipment supplied by Telecall in Sarajevo and Madrid to provide direct dial telephone services via satellite using civilian and military networks.

Marketing campaigns by British Telecom and Vodafone have been handled on equipment supplied and maintained by Telecall.

Telecall designed a system allowing high-bandwidth ISDN telephone services to be delivered to an offshore island using Microwave Radio. This would allow voice and data calls, video conferencing and remote video surveillance and telemetry which would not be interrupted by shipping crossing the microwave path.

Telecall installed and commissioned a telephone system for the Nigerian Navy in Lagos.

A computer company operates three businesses from one site using one telephone system, one set of lines and one set of staff. Incoming calls are answered automatically using the correct business name and all voicemail, e-mail and fax messages are delivered automatically to the intended recipient's PC using Microsoft Exchange.
