Analogue systems connect to standard telephone lines and are suitable for businesses requiring basic facilities with up to 8 outside lines and up to 24 extensions.

Digital Systems

Digital systems provide enhanced flexibility and connect to both analogue and digital (ISDN) lines as well as Voice over IP. They can be networked together to link offices or to increase system size and come in sizes to meet all requirements, from ten extensions to several thousand.

The NEW Panasonic KX-TDE is an IP-based Telephony Platform designed to take advantage of BT's upcoming 21st Century Network. It will do everything that the TDA range will do - and more. Computer Integration

The computer on your desk can integrate with your phone system in a myriad of ways. Your voicemail messages can automatically be e-mailed to you and you can record your conversations. You can take your extension with you to anywhere you have Internet access. You can make calls from Microsoft Outlook® or any database and you can automatically view the database record of your caller. The phone system can even automatically write a note to say when the conversation took place. You can monitor and supervise your staff, see who they are talking to and listen in, join in, or take over calls. 

Music and Messaging on Hold

All of our phone systems can play music and messages to callers while they are on hold. The Panasonic Messaging on Hold system allows you to quickly set up professionally recorded messages. Call Cost reduction.

Your outgoing calls are automatically be routed via cheaper carriers to save on call charges. We provide management reports to assist you in detecting inappropriate phone usage.
