Supply of goods or services outside the United Kingdom

Telecall's primary focus is on sales to and support of end-users within the UK. We do not have any overseas offices. Many of our products are manufactured to differing standards to meet the requirements of local markets. For this reason the UK version of a product may not be compatible with versions of the same product produced for a different world marketplace, and the facilities, features and operating instructions may also vary. It will therefore generally be in your best interest to obtain the localized version of the product from a local supplier. Our links page has links to international sites which may help you.

We can and do provide equipment for use overseas but this is generally for use in ships or yachts which are being fitted out or refitted in the UK or as part of a contract for other goods and services forming part of an overseas project.

We will be happy to consider requests for equipment for delivery or installation outside the UK but this will generally only be economic in locations where there is no established local supplier.
