Telephone Lines

Telecall is a BT Wholesale Service Provider, enabling us to offer you BT's products and services with us doing all of the donkey work on your behalf. All lines are installed and maintained by BT with Customer Services being provided by us. This gives you a single point of contact for everything to do with your phone system and eliminates any argument over responsibility for fault clearance.

Mobile Calls

Calls to mobile phones are expensive but we have a number of techniques for cutting the cost. One of the most effective is the use of Fixed Cellular Terminals (FCT's). The FCT is an interface to mobile networks that acts as an outside line to your phone system. We program your phone system to automatically route calls to mobiles via one or more FCT's, achieving a near 50% reduction in the cost of such calls when compared with making them over a normal landline.

Telephone Calls

Many people want to carry your phone calls, however the calls are critical to your business and sadly many of the firms operating in the market are not as financially secure as you might like them to be. Preventing misuse and increasing efficiency

Call analysis packages enable you to monitor your system for maximum efficiency. Calls to friends mobiles or premium rate services can result in high costs. All of our phone systems have call barring capabilities to prevent calls to unauthorised destinations but for maximum effectiveness we recommend a Call Analysis package. Records of all calls in and out of the phone system are stored on a Personal Computer and can be analysed and reported on to identify problems. Click here for more information.
